REFUND CONDITIONS AND RULES
You can return the products you have purchased within 14 days from the invoice date. The original package, packaging and label of the product to be returned must not be removed. As stated in the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, products that are unpackaged or damaged are not refundable. You must send the delivery note and the warranty certificate together with the product you want to return. If the product you want to return is defective, the shipping fee is covered by us. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer. Returns of products that cannot be returned due to their nature (eg, personalized products, disintegration of the product due to use, deterioration of its shape) may not be accepted.
If the product is invoiced on behalf of the company, a return invoice must be issued by the relevant company.

DELIVERY TERMS
Your products are supplied when your order is approved according to the stock status and then shipped. In order for your order to be confirmed, the price of the products you have purchased must be paid by credit card or money order. Approved orders will be delivered to cargo within 2 business days.
We provide shipping with DHL Express to all countries except Turkey. All our shipments are delivered to your door within 2-3 business days.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED DURING THE DELIVERY
In accordance with the new rule to be applied in the acceptance of shipment pursuant to the Procedures and Principles on Security Measures for Mail Deliveries approved with the decision of the Information Technologies and Communication Board dated 27/12/2016 and numbered 2016 / DK-YED / 517, driving license when buying your products from the cargo officer or store personnel you must show your identity card or passport.
