You can return the products you have purchased within 14 days from the invoice date. The original package, packaging and label of the product to be returned must not be removed. As stated in the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, products that have no packaging or that are damaged are definitely not refundable. You must send the delivery note and the warranty certificate together with the product you want to return. If the product you want to return is defective, the shipping fee is covered by us. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer. The return of products that cannot be returned due to their nature (for example: the product is broken or deformed due to use) may not be accepted.
If the product is invoiced on behalf of the company, a return invoice must be issued by the relevant company.
